Kentucky's Advance Directives such as Living Wills, Healthcare Surrogate, or Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care are recognized by Saint Joseph Health. A brochure detailing the Advance Directives is provided upon admission or can be obtained from a chaplain. For further information, contact a chaplain or nurse.
