Saint Joseph Cancer Center Resource Services hosts programs for those interested in integrating musical expression or certified pet therapy into their cancer treatment or survivorship care plan. 

Through the Rhythms Drum Circle, cancer survivors are called to join us to "pound away" stress, create music and capture an hour of fun.  Willis Music generously sponsors the event, so you only need to bring yourself!

The Central KY Chapter of Love on A Leash provides weekly visits to Resource Services, medical oncology and radiation oncology.  These certified therapy dogs and their handlers offer patients, visitors and participants an outlet from fear and anxiety that often accompany medical office visits and treatment.  As the National Chapter of LOAL states, "No matter where we are or who we work with, the end result is the same:  we provide a moment of joy and a connection only a pet can provide."
